Hey guys! I'm 19 and I've been training consistantly for a little over a year now. I'm also studying and in the process of becoming a personal trainer. I train 5 to 6 days a week. I try to mix it up but the main type of training I do is powerlifting. I haven't competed in any fitness competitions yet, but I intend to in the next year.
